In our quality control laboratory we do control permanently the following parameters:

 

Mechanical properties:

- Tensile strength (S2) (according to DIN 53504) - Elongation at break (according to DIN 53504) - Modulus 300% (according to DIN 53504) - Hardness (according to DIN 53504) - Tear strength (according to DIN ISO 34-1)

 

 

Rheological properties:

- Mooney viscosity (ML1+4; 100°C) (according to DIN 53523) - Rheometer Monsanto 2000 E (according to DIN 53529) - Minimum torque - T10 - T90 - Maximum torque

 

 

On special demands we or our German main company can perform some other examinations like:

 

Mechanical properties:

- Rebound Resilience (according to DIN 53512) - Specific gravity (according to DIN ISO 1183) - Abrasion (according to DIN 53516) - Compression set 72 h RT (according to DIN ISO 815) - Compression set 22 h 70°C (according to DIN ISO 815) - Compression set 22 h 100°C (according to DIN ISO 815) - Compression set 72 h - 10 (according to DIN ISO 815)

 

Resistance against hot air (according to DIN 53508):

- Change in tensile strength (according to DIN 53504) - Change in elongation at break (according to DIN 53504) - Hardness change (according to DIN 53505)

 

Resistance against IRM 902 (according to DIN ISO 1817):

Ozone resistance (according to DIN 53509):

Electrical Properties (according to DIN 53482):

- Volume resistance at 1000 V - Surface resistance at 1000 V

 

Low temperature resistance (according to according to ISO 11357):

- Static glass transition temperature
